Westcoast appointed as distributor of HPE Aruba Networking Solutions

Westcoast has further strengthened its relationship with Hewlett Packard Enterprise after being newly appointed as a distributor for the recently acquired Aruba next generation networking solutions.
Westcoast has been unveiled as an Aruba exclusive distributor after finishing 2015 as HPE’s strongest distributor

“We have a fantastic relationship with HPE and have been successfully distributing its market-leading products for many years,” Westcoast’s Solutions Director, Paul Harman said. “We’re extremely proud to have been appointed as an Aruba partner and the addition of such a strong mobility brand to our portfolio will hugely enhance our wired and wireless networking offering.
“We have also extended our dedicated, in-house HPE team at Westcoast, with Aruba specialists, to provide both sales and technical support to customers that want to install a suitable IT networking solution that supports the mobile-first, cloud-first business Apps that are critical to the success of today’s #GenMobile work environments.”
To complement its new product partnership with Aruba, Westcoast is able to support customers with ClearPass and Airwave, offering a bespoke survey and installation service.
And to illustrate the benefits of Aruba products to potential customers, Westcoast is making a significant investment in remodelling its ‘Solutions Lab’ in Milton Keynes to create a full experiential environment for resellers and their end users to visit. This demo lab already features Microsoft CIE software that allows visitors to understand the integration between Aruba solutions and Office 365 for Skype for Business.
“Aruba brings the networking flexibility that today’s business world and Westcoast’s customers demand. We’re thrilled that we’ll be able to offer a complete product solution in 2016 and beyond that is secure, efficient and suitable for networks of all specifications,” Paul added.
Andy Clark, UKI Head of Channel Aruba a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company said: “The nature of work is changing and employees expect to work anytime, anywhere. As a result, organisations are adjusting their physical and technology designs to accommodate this new style of working. The team at Westcoast are very talented and we know they can deliver the market penetration that we want to achieve with Aruba. There’s no doubt that 2016 is an important year for our mobility solutions and the HPE + Aruba portfolio now includes a fully integrated wired and wireless solution to serve as the foundation of the digital workplace. We’re all looking forward to working closely with Westcoast to realise the potential.”
